According to newsroom.porsche.com, It heralded the start of the V8 era at Porsche and not it is celebrating its 40th birthday at the Techno Classica: The 928 is the highlight of the Porsche stand at the trade fair in Essen, April 5 to 9, 2017, with three classic cars on display. Porsche Classic is also presenting to early 911 models and a rare 356 model in various stages of restoration. The first 928 Gran Turismo was released in 1977 and since then it has inspired 40 years of Porsche Automobiles and car lovers. It's going to be a fantastic trade show.
